Ranking Order of The Texas 7
During
Randy's trial a document was discovered buried deep in boxes of State
documents; this document was a particular compilation of the order of
the Texas 7 from the strongest leadership qualities, to the weakest.
However, the Judge would not allow the Jury to see this document because
its authorship was not known and therefore, the prosecution argued that
it could not be presented under the 'Hearsay Rules'. It was obvious
that the State intentionally withheld the information needed, therefore
violating Randy's constitutional rights under what is known as 'The
Brady Rule'. Brady essentially says that "Whatever evidence there
is that is favorable to the defendant, the prosecutor MUST turn over to
the Defense".
The
document that the Jury did not see showed Randy as the weakest link in
the group, and the least dangerous. Had the Jury been able to view this
important piece of evidence, they may have spared his life instead of
giving him a death sentence.
In
May 2019, Randy's attorneys completed an in depth investigation into
the Judge who presided over Randy's trial - Judge Vickers Cunningham. It
was discovered that during his trial, the Jury had sent several notes
to the Judge expressing their concern about convicting Randy under the
Law Of Parties, and asking numerous questions...No responses to these
questions were found. Together with the evidence of Judge Cunningham's
anti-Semitic remarks about Randy, and the evidence in Randy's favour
being kept from the jury, we believe his trial was completely unfair.
This
document is uploaded here, and is known as the 'Ranking Order of the
Texas 7'. You will also see other documents which back up the order in
which Randy and his co-defendants appear in the 'Ranking' document.
