Randy's Role In The Oshman's Robbery
The following Court documents detail Randy's role in the Oshman's Sporting Goods store robbery, and clearly show that Randy was NOT a shooter. The documents also detail Randy's unwillingness to co-operate with his co-defendant's plan to rob the store, his behaviour in the lead up to the robbery (which frustrated his co-defendants), the pressure he felt from his co-defendants at that time, and that he did NOT pull or fire a gun.
